When can you apply for a dependency test for a child who is dependent on the help of others?


A child who needs help with daily activities such as dressing, eating, bathing, moving and washing, in a way that is significantly greater than that of children of the same age, may be entitled to an allowance from the age of 3 years to 18 years and three months.

You can apply for a dependency test as early as the age of two years and ten months.
